无成人陪伴儿童
· 乘坐东航航班的无成人陪伴儿童，符合国际运输条件的，必须按成人适用票价购买客票，符合国内运输条件的，按成人公布正常票价的50%购买客票。
· 无成人陪伴儿童必须由其父母或监护人代理办理乘机手续。
· 无成人陪伴儿童联程（东航承运人）运输必须订妥并确认全程座位。
· 无成人陪伴儿童不作非自愿提高等级和拒载旅客人选。
· 无成人陪伴儿童到达目的地后，其迎候接机人未按时或耽误接机，由此产生所有费用由本人承担。
· 东航按成人旅客承担无成人陪伴儿童责任。
接受运输范围
· 五周岁（含）至十二周岁（含）以下的儿童。
*上述年龄儿童与成人一起旅行，舱位不同，视为无成人陪伴儿童。

办理手续
· 航班起飞日一个星期前，旅客的监护人应向东航直属售票处提出无成人陪伴儿童运输申请，填写《无成人陪伴儿童乘机申请书》，并提供始发站和目的站送接人员的姓名、地址和联系电话。
· 为无成人陪伴儿童办完乘机手续后，其监护人应停留在机场，直至航班起飞。
· 到达目的地后，服务人员按《无成人陪伴儿童乘机申请书》内容查验旅客迎接人证件，交接无成人陪伴儿童，请旅客迎接人员在《无成人陪伴儿童乘机申请书》上签名。
